Description

Roman Catholic Church of All Saints from the first half of the thirteenth century is a one-nave late-Roman building with a square chancel which was reconstructed about 1300. In the years 1764-1767 the church was rebuilt in the Baroque style. The main Rococo altar of Virgin Mary and the side altar of St. Joseph and St Dismas date to the year 1776. In 1967 late Romanesque church frescoes inside the church and paintings on the outer side of the church were discovered. In the annex behind the building is the family tombstone of the Mariášiovec of 1696, dedicated to John Mariáši and his wife Sophia Palugyaova. The church has 3 bells: bell "signalka" of unknown age produced in Budapest by the Walser Ferenz company; Jan Nepomucký, made in 1777 and Urban bell with a diameter of 118 cm, made in 1925 by Müller company in Brno.
